Everyday Gratitude
Seb and I are so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people – we count our blessings every day. Life is so busy for us both and yet rather than feeling stressed, every moment is magical, and we are so grateful.
I guess the key is just being present to each moment and not being lost in the emotionally charged memories of the past – that are so often at the root of people’s depression. And also learning to trust; not fear the future, or worry about what might, or might not happen – which would otherwise cause anxiety. The present moment is where the heart can at last open fully and experience the joy of Being. Continue reading
