Everyday Gratitude

Seb and I are so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people – we count our blessings every day.  Life is so busy for us both and yet rather than feeling stressed, every moment is magical, and we are so grateful.

I guess the key is just being present to each moment and not being lost in the emotionally charged memories of the past – that are so often at the root of people’s depression.  And also learning to trust; not fear the future, or worry about what might, or might not happen – which would otherwise cause anxiety.  The present moment is where the heart can at last open fully and experience the joy of Being. Juicy Living European Tour

I had such a great time being interviewed by the wonderful Lilou from Juicy Living, she rocks!

Well known for her ability to get right to the heart of matters, this seeker of truth interviews inspirational people all over the world.  I was absolutely delighted, if not slightly stunned (!) that she came to South Wales to speak to me.

The Cave of Crystals in Chihuahua, Mexico

It might be getting a bit nippy in the UK for working outdoors, but come springtime this little woodland nook will be my new office.  Life doesn’t get more grounded than this.  Plus all the advantages of high speed wireless internet.

Connect

Whether calling a friend you haven’t spoken to for a while, or calling in on an elderly neighbour, our need to connect and strengthen our community has never been greater.

Of course we’re all so busy, caught up in our day to day challenges, dramas and chores, but a moment spent caring for another can lighten the load immensely.

It is easy to think there are not enough hours in the day. For many the sense that time is speeding up has been noted. But really, what time does it take to say hello, to smile, to touch another’s heart? Continue reading →

Happiness is Free!

Exercise your heart – reach out and lift others up.

Make it your mission to spend as much time with happy people as possible.

If you have to spend time with people who are not so happy, make sure that you come away feeling bright, and leaving them feeling better.

Your mood is contagious, spread the happy vibes and don’t let anyone bring you down.

The leaves on the trees are starting to turn, the Autumn Equinox is here.  The colours are so beautiful, every shade of red, orange and gold will soon be seen across the landscape.  A time to reflect on what you have created in your own life – over this summer period of growth and development.

Get in the Flow

Let the colours of the trees awaken your imagination to what is possible.  See how quickly things change, and how transformation occurs easily when things are allowed to flow in their own natural rhythm, the powerful ebb and flow, the endless cycles of regeneration.
