Sharing Our Joy

Everyday Gratitude

Seb and I are so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people – we count our blessings every day.  Life is so busy for us both and yet rather than feeling stressed, every moment is magical, and we are so grateful.

I guess the key is just being present to each moment and not being lost in the emotionally charged memories of the past – that are so often at the root of people’s depression.  And also learning to trust; not fear the future, or worry about what might, or might not happen – which would otherwise cause anxiety.  The present moment is where the heart can at last open fully and experience the joy of Being.

Everyday Magic

There are many positive things to get excited about.  For us, it’s Seb’s birthday this weekend – though I can’t tell you what he’s having or what we’re doing as he might read this and spoil the surprise.  I will let you know another time.

We are steadily bringing our dream home into reality.  I will tell you more about that very soon too.  The plans are drawn up and have been presented to the council, and we are now waiting for the go ahead – it’s very exciting.

Creating reality is so much fun once you get the hang of it, though it can feel frustrating initially when you’re learning to let go, and be patient – but once everything flows then the possibilities really are limitless.  I would highly recommend mastering this important life skill, even if it takes a while.  Patience and persistence pays dividends, and knowing who you are, and what resonates with your heart’s true desire is essential.
