Dance has been an important part of what we have offered over the past twenty years, and the Frequency Upgrade Dance Experience is our latest expression of that love.

It's a space for people to come together, enjoy dancing to music with beats, meet friends old and new, and remember what it feels like to move freely.
We create all of the music ourselves, crafting immersive journeys through house, techno, trance and spirit. Our music is designed to support the body to let go and flow, the mind to quieten and the heart to open.
At our Frequency Upgrade dance events you will find a warm, welcoming community and a dance floor where you are free to be exactly as you are.
If you've been longing to move more, laugh more, feel more alive, or simply spend an evening in easy company bopping around the dancefloor, we'd love to see you.
Sometimes the medicine we're looking for is simply remembering how to play again!
