Refund & Cancellation Policy

In-person Events

Registrants for in-person events may cancel for a full refund, including any deposit paid, up until 30 days before the event. No refunds are offered within 30 days of the event.

Digital Products and Online Events

We hope you will be delighted with the offerings presented on this website. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are available after this time.

Physical Products

Up until the point of dispatch you may contact us to cancel your order and we will issue a full refund.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will have to cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a refund.


Refund or cancellation requests must be sent by email. We will reply to your email as soon as possible. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a reply.


Once agreed, it may take up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
