FEWsteps – Rebounding

Bouncing Your Way to Health & Happiness

The focus of the FEWsteps programme is to get maximum effects in your life, from the minimum amount of effort. We all want to be healthier and happier, but often there is just so much to do and so little time to do it. Using time wisely, and maximising on benefits is really essential.

Easy
It can be hard to get enough of the right type of exercise, especially if it involves having to go somewhere, like the gym or sports centre, or one has to rely on being in the right mood, or having the right weather. However, FEWsteps offers you the simplest solutions which you can get on board with straight away.

Winter Wonder
If you haven’t already got a rebounder, or mini trampoline, then go get one – perhaps borrow one off a friend or neighbour, as many people buy these kinds of things and never make proper use of them – the rebounder will help you transform your life this winter.

10mins
The first FEWsteps are to get a rebounder, and start to get into a new habit. The new habit is to make use of it daily if possible. All you have to do is bounce, nothing fancy just bounce little bounces for 10mins – just 10 minutes!

Time yourself, and just do 10 minutes. Set a timer, so that you know when your 10 minutes is up and be very proud of yourself every time you achieve this.

Achievement
If you miss a day here or there, or you have times of self-sabotage where you just can’t be bothered then that’s ok – just go with it, go with the sluggish can’t be bothered feelings until you come out the other side and feel like bouncing again. Each time just come back to the habit of 10 minutes per day, and feel the power and satisfaction of taking control of your life.

First Step
It doesn’t matter how long it takes for you to get into this habit, but it is a basic first step towards something else that the programme will offer later and so you are preparing and succeeding with every bounce you do. This step is valuable at so many levels. Though the positive effects of the bouncing are phenomenal, the mind set that you will create by learning how to make new health habits will be life changing.

20 Reasons to Bounce:
  • Boosts energy
  • Burns calories

Set a Goal – Get a Goal

Set the goal, and get the goal – take one step at a time – repetition is key.

Thank you Tracy – I bought my rebounder a few months ago and it started to gather moss out the back. The children played on it often as I watched!!!! But I started using it a few weeks ago and already I have noticed a huge difference – by doing 20 mins or so during the day or evening I can now fit in to all my pre pregnancy clothes again. I bounce whilst the dinner is cooking, for 10 mins sometimes before breakfast, whilst I watch you tube clips on emails (there seems to be a lot to go through these days) whilst listening to online radio shows and of course your meditations – its great!!! I have been recommending to all. Having children its a great option to have to hand and you can fit it in whenever, that is the beauty of it… plus they also love to play with it too 🙂 Thank you for your inspiration. lxxxx

I’ve had a rebounder for over 5 years. It’s great for the lymphatic system and so easy to do.
