Advice

Who Are You? is a stand-alone product designed to take anyone on journey into authentic living. Please note that it does not constitute general medical or psychological advice, nor does it contain any guarantees of success in specific areas of your life.

As with most things, real change comes from dedicated application to the task at hand. So if the insights and exercises contained within the product are completed and implemented as directed, we maintain you will see changes within your life.

Take on the idea that the wisdom within the Who Are You? product is divine guidance that will lead you to greater fulfilment, and some fun along the way. We trust you will enjoy the journey.

Payment

We accept payment via our secure server from all major credit cards in 3 different currencies - GBP, EUR or USD. We also accept payment by PayPal. Your account statements will show payment made to QUANTUM TRAINING. Payment will be deemed to have been made once we are in receipt of all cleared funds.

We do not keep records of your card details electronically or on paper.

If the physical product has been ordered then we will add an extra cost at the point of purchase to cover Shipping and Handling. This will be clearly indicated as a separate item.

Delivery

Who Are You? is a product which is available as either a suite of instant downloadable items comprising a PDF document plus MP3 audio files, or as a physical product which is mailed to you.

Depending on your country, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of the physical book and pack of 10 CDs. If for any reason you have not received your package within this time, then please email us at delivery@tracyholloway.com and we will track the dispatch and update you with the estimated date of arrival. Please note that delivery times are dependant on individual postal services and are therefore not guaranteed.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives in less than satisfactory condition, or there are technical problems with the electronic delivery, then please email us at delivery@tracyholloway.com.

Guarantee

The Who Are You? product is covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% happy then you are able to claim a refund by sending us an email to refunds@tracyholloway.com. Please let us know in the email your reasons for requesting a refund.

If you purchased the physical book and CD pack, then to claim your refund you will need to mail both back to us with the product maintained in mint condition, and with the book not used or altered in any way. The refunded amount is the product cost only and excludes any shipping and handling fee. You will also have to cover the cost of return postage yourself.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method and currency of the original purchase.
