Spring is so incredibly slow here in the UK. The promise of colour, fragrance, beauty all around and yet we wait in wonder for her full splendour  to emerge. When the sunshine’s we feel so blessed, so ready are we to stretch out to the Light after such a long winter.

The land offers a glimpse, shyly at first.
Is she teasing, provocatively? 
Or is she vulnerable and unsure of herself?

Like us, springtime awakens cautiously in this post 2012 time.
How will her true magnificence be received?

Does she know she will be honoured, respected, cared for and loved?

Are we ready to offer her a promise in return for what she provides so freely and generously?

Will humanity come together and affirm that a new, more conscious chapter is emerging and promise to protect her; to love honour and respect her as she tenderly offers herself in support of our evolution.  

A new feminine energy is gently emerging. It is outwardly slow to be seen at first, in the same way that a seed can spend a long time in the soil waiting for the environment to be just right before it stirs. If you doubt yourself, or are unable to get motivated to take action, or you feel as though nothing makes sense and you fear you’re losing the plot – then well done, you are intuitively aligned with the energies of this present, but thankfully transient moment.

There is no real clarity in this moment, though there are great depths to immerse yourself in. The deep waters are calling, and it is time to let go into the ocean and relax entirely in the ebb and flow. Within the waters there are adventures to be had, stories to be told and an opportunity to dream big and use this metaphorical ocean as a story board to project your future wishes upon.

This is a time for deep inner reflection, an opportunity to allow the bigger picture to be glimpsed – and even if you ‘see’ nothing, you have to trust that something wonderful is gently awakening within you.

The heart aches to know truth, and yet the mind’s constructs are often interwoven with fakery, falsehood and misperception. As the sometimes suspicious, judging and doubting mind reacquaints itself with the integrity of the all loving heart, then many important internal conversations will take place. This inner dialogue can feel uncomfortable, conflict can be perceived externally as well as internally.

Each conversation, conscious or unconscious begs an important question, challenging previously held beliefs, rocking the foundations of what you thought you knew.  Each question needs an honest answer, though the question remains the same each time:
Is what I believe really true?

A new awakened heart frequency is flooding our planet. This energetic transmission is being received gradually and can be challenging, to say the very least. There are times when opening the heart will bring great joy and happiness, and there are other times when the pain, sadness and grief is overwhelming.

A natural evolution is occurring and the new heart must awaken to align with the heart of the cosmos. The pain and suffering will be released, creating an often overwhelming sense of sadness and grief. Old memories will be stirred, and underlying fears may arise – nothing you experience now should be over-analysed. These uncomfortable old feelings are literally passing through – just observe their passing, without attaching to them or creating stories around them.

A deep connection to yourself, and a greater trust in the process of evolution must be sought. Though you may not be able to logically understand what’s going on, and the mind may question endlessly, and doubt the truth that the heart offers – the true heart will keep giving.

Though the mind may wish to ask endless questions, the heart knows but one eternal truth.

As each conversation between heart and mind takes place a new map is being formulated. Though you may not have a clear idea of how your life will pan out, and whether or not you are currently on track, your empowered heart knows everything and is intuitively guiding you every step of the way.

The mind’s fundamental processing is going through an important upgrade. The maps that no longer serve the greater expansion of human consciousness are being deleted and new upgraded information is being received. Though the mind likes to believe it is in control, you cannot control this process – it is happening automatically and just requires you to relax, let go, and get out of the way. The heart’s intelligence works perfectly.

Struggle, confusion and fear come from trying to get a grip, or take control and fix things to your own limited perspective. It is not possible to do this at this time, and trying will leave you feeling unstable, and overwhelmed.

Let go in to the ocean of pure potentiality. Release yourself into the great cosmic flow. Be part of the evolutionary process by forgetting everything that you thought you knew. Swim in the depths. Escape into pure joy, experience this freedom; without searching, agenda, or thinking about what you might find, or what great mysteries will be revealed.

Trust the bigger, guiding picture to unfold and for there to be a perfect place for you within this magnificent, unfolding story.

Let the changing tides shape you, restore you to the glistening pearl of true wisdom that you are.

This is a time to stop seeking, and instead open the heart to what is already within.

There will be many adjustments along the way, subtle changes in perception as well as challenges faced and deeply buried grief released. Much of our collective history is being purged and those who are sensitive to energies can often feel overwhelmed. The trick is to focus on where you are going, whilst being present to what Is. The inevitable collapse of the old world is occurring, and learning to adapt, observe and let go is key.

With so much destruction all around it can be hard to imagine that any good can come from the suffering and sacrifice that’s seen, but in truth the most powerful and fundamental shift is under way. We have to wake up. Never in the history of humanity has so much been possible as consciousness expands to a whole new level of unified awareness. You, and how you think and live your life, are at the forefront of this, leading the way.

The old familiar structures have to crumble, to make way for the new. This breakdown only becomes a problem when we perceive it as wrong, or bad. When we observe the perfection and natural order of existence, we can live peacefully through these changing times.

In Autumn, when the leaves fall from the trees no-one runs screaming through the forest shouting in fear – “the leaves are falling, someone stop this, this is a disaster!”
The tree doesn’t worry, and nor does the leaf – it just is.

This natural degeneration, the breakdown of everything which once sustained life, comes just before the regeneration and the start of a new cycle of growth. The leaves fall in perfect time; they create the much needed compost for new seeds to grow – and when the time is ready, in Spring, those new shoots of hope and life renewed will be seen.

Through the ascension process you may feel like a leaf falling into the unknown, or like a fresh new shoot emerging, raising up from the darkness, absorbing the light and being aware of the potential to grow and flourish. Both the falling leaf, and the rising shoot are of equal importance; one cannot occur without the other. Your experience of each will happen in perfect time.

Human beings are entering a new phase of their galactic cycle. Some are in the breaking down phase, falling from the trees, blowing on the breeze and wondering what’s going on, and what happened to the strength and security they previously held on to.

Many wonder where they will land, if there is hope for them, and whether this descent into the unknown will be the end of everything they believed in, everything they trusted and knew. It may take time for all that they thought they were, and everything they’d invested in to be reconciled. The winter can feel like a lonely, dark and empty place for a while.

This challenging cycle has to be honoured as it is this that brings richness to the earth and nourishment to all the new shoots which will inevitably emerge in perfect time.

Wherever you are on your personal journey, know and trust that through these often turbulent times, everything is perfect and flowing as part of a much greater overall plan.

Every individual is playing their part in this story of human evolution, and so whether you are part of the breaking down of the old, or the regeneration of the new, the full story of our collective success is yet to be seen.

A new world will emerge; it is part of the natural cycle and cannot be denied. How you personally deal with it is a choice. Make conscious choices, from an empowered perspective and trust in the heart’s longing and the shared love and determination of your brothers and sisters. Together unite and see the importance of surrendering to nature’s wisdom, rhythm and flow – work as one, harmoniously. The true heart knows that our planet and her senses are intricately woven with our own. We are One, we are remembering, we are awakening to truth, purpose and power.

The question is not whether or not we will succeed in building a new world, based on love, co-operation, and in tune with the natural cycles of life – the real question is whether or not we will accept, love and forgive ourselves for the part we’ve played in the collective destruction.

When we blame less, judge no more, and instead see ourselves as a whole, we will bridge the gap between worlds and celebrate in union with everyone, everywhere.

Strength comes from seeing the leaves fall, and for loving each one for the brave part they play. Peace comes from acknowledging the dark decay, without having to deny it, or brush it away. Love comes from accepting everyone for being exactly where they are, trusting them to embrace the challenge and let go – regardless of whether the challenge is to drop like a leaf from the tree top, or push through the soil to the light, or lie in the dark, hopeless.

All is perfect, all is Light.
