One Person’s Experience

After a recent Life Upgrade Foundation course, one of the attendees wrote of their experience and emailed it to me to share with you.  I would like to thank her very much for taking the time to do this.  I was touched by what she wrote, and also I know that you all enjoy hearing people’s feedback.  This is what she wrote:

This is the most enjoyable, empowering and authentic course in which I have ever participated.

It was a real privilege and is also the answer to a long held dream, as I have spent many years, many thousands of £££s and many air miles travelling to far flung reaches of the globe in search of ‘it’.

Packing More Power

Many of you have emailed after reading my tips for health and well-being, either because you have become a cacao (raw chocolate) convert, or because you are now regularly enjoying delicious smoothies, or both.

Being the head-chef in your own metaphorical kitchen of life, will help you serve up nourishing and sustainable goodness for you, and your family to enjoy. Continue reading

‘Light Fueled’ Lunch

  • A good handful or more, sprouted seeds.
  • Lots of vibrant mixed leaves.
  • Chunks of avocado.
  • Various colourful fruits and veggies in different shapes and sizes, chop playfully.
  • Give all your fresh herbs a quick haircut and pop those delicious, energy fuelled trimmings in.
  • Add olives, sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, pine nuts (all optional extras depending on mood and required taste.)
  • Sprinkle with ground mixed seeds (already prepared & stored in airtight container in fridge and ready to sprinkle on anything that stays still for long enough!)
  • Optional nibble of cheese (especially if your name is Seb!)
  • Dress provocatively, and serve in your sexiest bowl.
