Hi, my name is Tracy Holloway and I am the creator and presenter of the Life Upgrade system.

If you are looking to make lasting change in your own life and have a positive effect on the lives of others then this system is for you. These information codes are what create the projected reality which a person interacts with on a day to day basis, often caught in a cycle of predetermined behavioural responses and patterns which are not under one's conscious control, but rather a knee jerk reaction to the past. Past programmes which belong to the family and society are stored as individual and collective memory imprints within the morphogenetic Field, and are reinstalled, remembered and relived over and over again, on a moment by moment, day to day basis, as our buttons are pushed and old data is recalled.

With every emotional reaction, old information codes instruct a response which is part of the dialogue which creates reality. This means that you are only able to create reality based on past experience: yours, your family's, and also based on what the collective consciousness believes is possible, again reflecting back through the past. This has kept the mind, the body and the individual journey caught in a loop. Life Upgrade is a way of stepping free from such limitations and instead engaging with a greater Field of intelligence which is not only innovative, creative and inspiring - it also holds the blueprint for perfect health.

Most therapy and many healing modalities are based on exploring the ‘data’ - like thought processes, beliefs, perceptions and feelings, which could be affecting a person's current behaviour based on past experiences. By analysing and challenging these past experiences, resolve is hopefully found.

Life Upgrade works in a completely different way and there is no need for analysis or digging up the past. Resolve can be found without even having to talk about past events, experiences or indeed what has led to the perceived problem.

This activates a state of presence which allows guidance to flow, through intuitive knowing.

It has been acknowledged throughout history that the answer to true enlightenment is to Be, and by simply being present true mastery is attained and perfect health achieved. The creative power of the mind is what creates the physical body and its health, and also creates the life we perceive, manifest, and are able to experience.
